Every Scale Kings installation is a closed-loop smart system: a clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter reads your actual water use, a precision injection pump doses Liquid Active Armour® in exact proportion, and networked monitoring watches the whole thing around the clock — from across the building or across the country.

The closed loop

Dosing paced by your real flow — never too much, never too little.

Timers and guesswork overdose when the building is empty and underdose at peak demand. A smart system doses on measurement instead:

The flow meter reads every gallon. Clamp-on ultrasonic transducers strap to the outside of the pipe — no cutting, no pressure drop — on lines from 1″ to 48″.
The controller does the math. Flow data drives the pump over Modbus RTU, so injection tracks demand minute by minute.
The pump injects precisely. Smart metering pumps rated to 300 psi place Liquid Active Armour® right at the main.
The cloud keeps the receipts. Flow rate, total gallons, dosing, and tank level — logged, graphed, and exportable. Proof your treatment is working, not a promise.

Precision injection pumps

Smart Modbus-RTU metering pumps rated up to 300 psi, remotely adjustable, paired with proven mechanical metering pumps where simplicity wins. Chemical injected right where it protects.

Clamp-on ultrasonic flow meters

Non-invasive transducers mount on the outside of the pipe — 1″ to 48″, ±1.0% accuracy, 0.2% repeatability — in a NEMA 4X / IP65 enclosure built for mechanical rooms and vaults.

Controls & integration

Modbus RTU (RS232/RS485), 4-20 mA, pulse and relay outputs, with BACnet available for building-automation integration — your controls contractor and BAS can see everything.

Tank level sensors

Ultrasonic chemical tank monitoring with refill tracking — you'll never discover an empty day tank a month after the fact.

24/7 networked monitoring

Real-time dashboards over your existing network — flow rate, total gallons, dose rate, tank level — with historical data held for up to the past 12 months, remote pump adjustment, and data export for engineers and owners.

Networked your way

Building network, cellular, or satellite (SkyLink) — we spec the link to the site. Pump stations, remote buildings, and unmanned facilities stay protected and visible even with no network and no cell coverage, with alerts the moment anything drifts.
